i just think it's ironic, i guess.
we hear about the staff's hesitance with going full Harris because of his immaturity issues and at the same time, they might possibly offer one of the most immature QB's living today.
if we get him, i hope he lights the world on fire. Not literally, like he's liable to actually do.

This offer is not surprising considering what Chad has accomplished this season -- 3,500 yards passing, 42 touchdowns, another 400 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
Chad has some physical ability, some leadership skills.

We have 2 qb's on scholarship, could we afford one or two more?

ETA: Do not want because he got into several screaming matches with coaches at Clemson. I'm talking screaming and cursing at coaches on the sidelines in front of the entire team. Happened multiple times. Last year in their spring game he went 10-18 for 100 some odd yards and 2 INTs in the 1st half, then went off on the coaches for benching him. When he went to Clemson he tweeted Cole Stoudt "Your on the bench for a reason. And i come soon! Just letting you know". While funny and probably true, just trashy IMO. Then when he got kicked off the team, there was the whole situation with him being involved in a fender-bender and screaming at a female. This kids past makes Metts transgressions look pedestrian.
