So, these five million have a permanent reprieve against any and all future criminal charges?

Tuba brain is speaking in defense of the great vote recruiter.
Shhh.
I'm sure he believes if these future voters were going to the pubs BHO would have done this anyway.

Some are speculating he may grant pardons to all of them right before he leaves office.

For the millions of "illegals" in the U.S., failure to stop at the border for inspection is actually a past crime. Maybe you weren't aware of that.

Maybe you didn't know this but a green card doesn't give you the right to vote. I know you're stupid and stuff but I figured you'd at least know this.

This is on an individual basis. The president does not have the authority to grant blanket pardons. Read up on it.

Wouldn't they have to be charged with a crime first before they can be pardoned?

Did Obama say anywhere in his speech last night he was granting Presidential reprieves to the illegal aliens? Is there such a thing as a conditional Presidential reprieve? "You will get a reprieve if......"????

Where did you get this talking point, even though it doesn't apply? DU?

You are the worst apologist of any politician that I have ever seen. The man actually has said many times that the president does not have the power to do this.

Did you hear either of those words last night? Thanks much.

Yes, I believe he would have to specifically identify each one. Since they are undocumented, this is basically impossible.

Hmmm, green cards are only given to immigrants seeking legal ways to become a citizen. How many of these pardoned criminals will be going through the legal citizenry process?

Ironic, since you don't understand the immigration process.

So how have the illegal aliens been able to vote in the numerous cases of voter fraud they've been involved in?

How many times in the past have you referred to these people as illegals and admitted they committed a crime by crossing our border?

Has that always been your position?

Have these people ever been charged with a crime? How can he pardon someone who has never been charged?

I heard next week he is going to pardon all of the speeders on 1-10 from last week, even those that did not receive tickets.
