Everytime he talks he has the same monotone expression and is so predictable that it is not even funny. Is it possible that he is Sky Net's first option to start the machine's take over? I know what you are thinking "wouldn't a robot be better at golf?" It is a cover feature.

In all reality, his speaking style is one that has been popular with influential speakers, politicians, and dictators since the age of radio. It is tailored to reach the lowest common denominator and sound reasonable no matter what is actually said. The idea is that you think it's a good, well-reasoned speach as long as you don't go back and read the transcript, then you think "what the f&%k is THAT supposed to mean?!"
