It's not that there isn't anything nice, but with the influx of people over the next few years, it's exorbitant! Looking in the 175-250 range, I saw one house I sort of liked and it was 250, lol.
From 250-275, there were two more that were ok.
Almost 300,000 and they're just "ok". That's not good.
