I might have seen a dead guy on Government St. this morning

Dude was passed out on a bench in front of an abandoned building near Eddie Robinson Sr. with some firemen walking up to him and checking his pulse looking like "oh frick this dude is dead." Maybe he was just nodding out, but the dude looked dead. Cold mighta got him. Sad. Anyway, who says BR don't have any culture.
