Why doesn't Trey Quinn return kicks or punts?

LF is a systematic non-fit on kickoffs and T. White makes me want to throw up in my mouth every time he goes about trying to catch a punt.

Why does LES do this????? He is great at DESTROYING players confidence when they make a mistake... Look at Hill last year at Ole Miss. He fumbled and Mile basically benched him............SAD............
