this land is between columbia and hattiesburg..
and yeah i have a couple different deer with same genetics it seems.
i have a flashlight! haha, but i do have some daylight pics of 2 different 6points so maybe these will start following suit soon!

I hunt on 90 acres right north of Columbia. I dont have anyone else to go with me, so it gets boring.

I have 91.8 acres I will sell ya. Have a recent timber quote too. 55K in timber. Its yours for 190K.

My wife just inherited around 260 acrees in Colombia. We're swapping out a 2 year lease with a forestry agent to exchange his services (select cut, appraisals, etc.). Planning on making a nice little getaway out of it for years down the road. Beautiful country up there.

tempting. I have a rental house that i would like to sell maybe in next year or 2. It would probably be those monies going towards property. Could swing it but itd be a little more difficult decision right now.

Pine, hardwood or mixed?

Mixed about 15k in oak, 10k in other hardwood and the rest pine. Has some flooded timber too. And this is Columbia, MS. I huntes off Saturn parkway when I lived in Nashville.
