Pulled pork cheese fries on the Northshore?

I mean who doesn't love these two together? I have a random yet real craving for this delicacy but don't want to smoke a whole pork shoulder just for one serving.. Any place around covington/Mandeville service this as an appetizer or something that's not terrible?

Wendy's was what made me crave them but they got rid of them recently. Although voodoo bbq is not my favorite I don't think they have them either

Look into the Shiver Shack next to the Mandeville trailhead. They may have something like that as they smoke butts and brisket and I got pulled pork nachos there once which hit the spot at the time.
