I'm 25 and want to get a nice watch for work and when I have to dress up. I'd be willing to spend up to 500. The brands I was thinking about were citizen, invicticus, Seiko, victorinox and would be open to any other brands

What kind of style are you looking for? I'm guessing business professional, maybe with a leather band?

This. A time-proven movement which is only better priced than the bigger names because it doesn't have a screw-in crown.

Steinhart should have something good in that range.

I also like the Laco watches, and I wear an Ollech & Wajs which is in the price range. Those might not be formal enough though as they are generally military style.

Can't speak about the reputation of the site, but this is a good deal on a Hamilton.
