FL bicyclist arrested while running for the border

Reports said police found Harris sitting on the bicycle at the speaker. Police said as officers asked Harris to leave they spotted a Swiss Army knife on his belt loop. An officer reached for the knife, but Harris grabbed his wrist.
The officer wrestled Harris to the ground and arrested him.
Harris faces a charge of resisting arrest with violence.

A swiss army knife? come on there should be a brutality case brought up against the cops. Nothing illegal about having a pocket knife.

First of all, what is wrong with riding a bike through the drive thru, esp when the lobby is closed? Can motorcycles not go through a drive thru as well? Why would the cop reach for the Swiss Army knife instead of either asking the guy to keep his hands where he can see them or asking the guy to hand the knife over.

I'm pretty sure it's policy for most fast food restaurants that you must be in a motor vehicle in order to be served at the drive thru.

What for? Does he not have the right to own a knife?
Was he threatening them with it? It doesn't say anything but they spotted it on his belt loop. I think this guy has a civil case.
