Anyone see the overturned vehicle on I12?

This was at the Drusilla overpass...It must have just happened a few minutes before I passed as there were about a dozen people trying to tend to the people inside. Horrible to see but for the life of me cant understandbhow you flip your car in afternoon traffic. I just saw one last week too.
