The game and players are a lot different than they were when Les was learning under Bo. Les has gotten away with it the last few years but his refusal to adapt with the changes are starting to show. It's time for new blood in Tiger Stadium. Thanks for everything Les but it's just the nature of the game.

our we could just develop a QB.

We aren't running the offense we want to run, we are running the offense we are forced to run bc our QB sucks.

And who is going to develop that quarterback? This coaching staff has had high level recruits at the QB position starting with Russell Sheppard (spelling?) but has done ZIP with them.

Maybe our QB's suck because if this offense. I played in this offense in high school. That was 16 years ago. Does any High School still run it?

True, the old style play calling is now ineffective. This season has proved that Les is unwilling or in capable of adjusting with the present. He's paid too much to stand on the sidelines and coach on "auto pilot." The athletic department is useless for not having the balls to do anything about it.

Cam Cameron, it may just not happen this year with a sophomore and a true freshmen.

Last year was the offense we want to run.

Clearly Jennings isn't capable of running it so we are getting this, which does give us the best chance to win. It just isn't a great chance.

Some of us have bitched about the offense for years but as long as the defense could scratch out enough ugly wins, most fans were content. I'm glad to see no one bashing "gimmick" offenses anymore.

2013 was still not even the best offense in the SEC despite NFL talent all over. Spread teams with less talent scored more points. The personnel won't ever be much better than it was in 2013, so that's as good as it'll ever be.

and that offense aside form the Bama game and the first half of the Ole Miss game, was championship caliber.

We need consistent QB play.

I don't know who we end up in these shitty situations where we have no one to turn to.
