Les is not changing his offensive philosophy. He is not going to all of a sudden stop being stubborn. He will not become intelligent overnight. We are stuck with this clown and his horrible brand of football until he decides to retire. We will continue to lose 3 games or more a year, despite having more talent than 11 out of 12 teams on our schedule.

Can't wait until he retires so that I can start enjoying LSU football again.

We're one season away from 10 wins. Stop being spoiled.

You right. I realize now that we will not win another NC with Les. If we do i will be happy, but this is just unsettling. The guy has lost his magic touch.

Were you alive for Archer, Hallman and Dinardo years? If so, you must have been extremely miserable.

Welcome to 1997 and mid way through 1998. Many of us saw the writing on the wall but man, we had no shortage of pumpers then too.

What alt. philosophy would be an improvement with Jennings at QB?

We will play for 10 win seasons, Belk Bowls, and close games against Bama. In a most unentertaining way

I just find the fact that the same exact conversations happened then to be humorous. Every last one of these pumpers is like some sort of avatar for posters that hung out on tigerroar back in the day.

shite, if could pull that board up, we could just copy and paste and save some time.

Now cmon. Even you pumpers will find this funny. I knew it was futile, but I used the wayback machine to pull up tigerroard 1997. All I could find was 1998. But, this is what you find.

Everyone could use a chuckle given the weekend's events.

Fair enough.

We shall see but I suspect in the coming year or so, the pumpers are going to develop amnesia just as they did back in the day.

Yes I remember the 90's and after we won a game I felt excited. With Les win or lose you feel the same way, like crap. The people who say that just like the status quo the average. Some people like to take a chance, and sometimes it works out great and maybe not. Les is to comfortable and we need a change or get ready for more mediocore to crappy football with top talent to work with.

Don't forget the 3 losses. So your measure of success with unprecedented NFL ready talent on the offensive side of the ball is.... 9-3 regular season, 5-3 in the SEC?
