I picked an English premier league team (chelsea) to follow back in 2008 after this ship started trending this way. I actually follow the soccer league more passionately than college football now. I am like most of you now as the loss really doesn't affect me this morning. You may consider soccer as an alternate...The rivalries (derbies) are more intense, your not forced to follow a story line, you find yourself chanting on the seat of your couch no matter the language. No matter what team you follow, you most likely will be guaranteed a heart break, but nothing like you experienced last night. English football teams don't lay down and quit. Another great perk is they play 10 months out of the year so you always have something to watch most of the time. For me, I can't wait for the international break to end so I can continue to watch chelsea dominate the premier league!!! Maybe if you broaden your horizons a little bit, you might really enjoy it.

I wasn't bothered, anyone who takes all of this seriously needs a long look in the mirror.

Why give me the finger? Les has completely turned me off of football and if you want shite to change, ignore the present because it will hurt the pockets of the university, so give the finger to them and not me

I can't give up on college football, and certainly will never give up on LSU, but being a World Cup junkie, I have been trying to free up time to follow the Barclays League.

Says the guy who came to an LSU football message board to gleefully tell everyone how he stopped following LSU football to watch fricking British soccer. Congrats, dude. No one cares about your sick soccer jersey and scarf. Have fun at Finn's every Sunday.

frick off.

As long as you keep putting your arse in the stadium seats and buying all the LSU football gear, the suits could care les about who coaches the team. They are making a shite ton of money off you. What if everyone said no to buying the new LSU Nike polo next year or not buying a hat next year. Then a message would be sent. Everyone is so hypnotized by the big business the university puts out there it's like a circus

I take it you haven't read any of my other posts from this morning. It's cool, make it a posi v. nega thing if you want. OP is a douche, though, that's all that really needs to be said here.
