CBO?

States?

An individual on behalf of some class?

Just some Sunday morning speculative fun.

Two states, dozens of public-school districts, and a handful of private employers and individual taxpayers have filed four separate lawsuits to stop those illegal taxes, and the illegal subsidies that trigger them. Those cases are: Pruitt v. Burwell, Halbig v. Burwell, King v. Burwell, and Indiana v. IRS.

Cool.

Also, I reference CBO because are they the perfect 'bottoms' of government? I mean do they just have to take it, whatever it is, and like it?
