Yes that is a truck completely covered in bed liner with yellow flames.

That spray on bed liner is pretty durable and it gives that nice matte black color we all love.

It fades unevenly and dirt sticks in it everywhere. I wish I had my camera on a higher resolution because the pics don't do the truck justice on how nasty looking it was.
