Need opinions on if this trade is veto worthy? I'm commish

Team A gives up Mark Ingram, Russell Wilson, Julio Jones and Andre Johnson
Team B gives up luck, Antonio brown, and Darren McFadden.
Team A current team
Qb Wilson
Rb Charles, Morris, Ingram, AP, knile Davis
Wr Julio, Watkins, AJ, Baldwin
Team B current team
Qb luck
Rb Bradshaw, Ellington, Dmac, blue
Wr brown, Patterson, Wayne, Landry, shorts, John brown
I am commish of this league where I approve all trades. Both teams are 5-5, the guy trading brown mainly wants a better rb and he was okay trading brown since there are only three weeks left in regular season and brown has a bye next week. I got an email from another league member saying trade looked lopsided so wanted to get yall opinions

I mean team A definitely wins this trade but I don't think it's veto worthy. Both teams get what they want, no obvious collusion. Let it go

I think its pretty fair.
Ingram is killing it, Julio has star potential and he gets a solid QB.

not veto worthy. Brown, Luck are amazing. DMac is serviceable.
While Ingram is playing out of his mind right now and Julio jones is liable to blowup any Sunday.
No fantasy trades are ever completely equal, but this one is fair for sure.

Out of all the "is this fair/collusion" threads I've read on here this season, this one is actually one of the more fair ones. Let it fly, and deduct 15 pts from whiny players point total. Call it a "b*tching fee"

Pretty fair trade to me...they each get what they want. 5-5 teams trying to make the playoffs are not gonna collude and that is what veto should be used for.
