Dying Light looks interesting but I'm talking about doing something with real maps of real cities with no bionic zombies and just letting the open world do it's thing. Create groups/alliances, set up trade and supply runs with groups. Decide if you're going to be the Rick character or go the route of the Governor. No missions, no end game.
