Why on earth would they hold a World Cup in a shite country that doesn't sell alcohol?

Really, the heads of FIFA should be tried for crimes against humanity for allowing the World Cup to take place in Qatar. It's clear Qatar bribed the frick out of them, they knew that Qatar is one of the last countries on the planet to host a World Cup simply for the weather, the fact that they knew they would import basically slave labor to build these stadiums, Qatar treats any non-Muslim male like dogshit, and the death toll will be hirer than 9/11 at this rate when the World Cup takes place. Not to mention, it's a basically dry nation, and you know those Europeans are thrilled by that prospect. They really should be tried, since no one would have died if they put it in America, and over 4,000 people are estimated to die working on this project. It's absolutely despicable, and I wish the absolute worst on these scumbags and really hope they wake up nightly screaming from their nightmares of being simply horrible people.

Last I heard they were staying in Qatar but moving the World cup to the winter months when it is a bit cooler. FIFA is determined to keep the racket going.

Please point out the silver lining in this. Please tell me anything positive that could come out of 4,000 plus people dying for a soccer match?

Fan-fricking-Tastic news. Bring them to trial and then execute them once they're found guilty. Just throw them from a tall building in Dubai to give them a small taste on what goes on daily in Qatar.

Ehh, I'm not a negative person, but I'm certainly cynical. Just pisses me off when I see horrifying neglect on my ideals. As the late great George Carlin once said "Behind every cynical person is a disappointed idealist."
