Chubb has it all. I'd take him over all of em thus far.
LF is finding himself. He wasn't used to the speed of the game at first. He'd be too eager to hit a hole, or outrun his blockers...he just seemed like he wasn't comfortable being patient and it hurt his vision and rhythm. He's learned that he can still shake guys and bounce off em without having to be Superman every run. He's playing the position much smarter now, and if/when LSU gets a passing game, he'll be the beast that we all thought he'd be.
Love Freeman and what he's done...but mostly like his size(no homo). Not that some of their smaller backs don't have any legitimacy, but I like bigger RBs, and he can still hit the home runs. Seems like a really good guy too.
Cook would have been scary in FSU's offense last year. Seems like he maximizes all of his touches. FSU's line has been horrible though and sharing touches will keep him from being a household name until farther down the road.
Seems like Hurd has a chance to be solid. Nothing ridiculous though.
I'd say it's Chubb/Freeman, then everyone else. I don't know much about some of these guys to have a solid opinion though.

LSU lines up in 22 personnel fairly often.
That would not qualify as stacking the box. The box is stacked with 9 when your safeties cheat towards the line of scrimmage. The post said 10, which isn't really a scenario ever. 22 personnel is the offense decision, and the defense will come towards the line of scrimmage, but that is not exactly stacking the box, as the offense has more players in the middle as well.

You do know that I wasn't being literal, right?
I was just joking around about the stacked fronts that Fournette is facing. I'm aware that he's not literally facing 10 man fronts every down.

Yeah. Only 1 corner on the field covering two receivers. That's how bad Jennings is.

Samaje Perine: 155 carries, 788 yards, 11 TDs

I don't even know anymore. I was initially responding to a response to your post, and then it turned into real football discussion.

Oh my-lanta!
Not in any way trying to bash him or LSU, but seeing stats like that really, REALLY make me appreciate everything Sims has done this year. Kid waited 5 years to play, was stuck at RB for a couple years, got shite on by the media and Alabama fans alike, and has put together a very solid year. He's even been a real asset at times. He's easily my second favorite Alabama player behind Ingram.
Really hope y'all can get going at the QB position next year. With solid QB play, y'all might be favorites in the West next year.

Ten man fronts? OK, bro
Actually was true to an extent in the first few games.

Harris could be the worst practice player of all time, but it makes zero sense not to just roll with him.
The coaching staff has to know AJ is not the answer. To me, there is no difference between 2 and 5 losses. Just roll with Harris.

LSU fans will know more than I do, but..
I agree. Of the two, he seems more poised to lead LSU, RIGHT NOW...let alone in the future. Much higher completion %, and yards per completion. Every bit as good as Jennings pushing the ball down field, and seems to make better decisions(Jennings has made some WTF throws). Harris also makes better choices in the pocket, being way more efficient when taking off.
That coupled with him probably being the QB of the future, leads me to believe he should be playing more!!!!!!
The Auburn game could have scared the shite out of the coaches though

Will trade you Jones, Tenpenny, and LF for Roc
Wait, Alabama didn't get LF?

No worries, wouldn't phase him anyway because the coaches are telling him he's doing great

Sony Michel of Georgia should be listed. He's as good as any freshman RB, even Leonard Fournette.

I have watched too much of Freeman to be objective. I do know that Freeman earned his spot and took it away from Tyner and Marshall both of whom are healthy.
Freeman has ran for these totals with a carousal at OL. However, he does benefit greatly from having Mariota.
Also, he has been awesome in pass blocking.
A total man-child he is.
The fact that he is behind a couple of other players like Chubbs and Fournette is a testament to this class of RBs. It is loaded.

Oregon has Tony James redshirting. Dude has been ballin' on scout team but came off of injury. With Chuck Nelson getting sweeps as well, I gotta think we struck gold.

Chubb has put up these stats while only starting four games this year. I'm obviously biased but right now he is the best in this group.
