Anyone seen him play? Big stats. What's the feeling about him?

I feel he is better than his rating, but will still just be a body at QB. Hope we get 2 I'm 2016.

Hopefully he's more than just a filler at the position before 16' with Franks & Patterson...or else it could be another Jerrard Randall situation

Some say Pellerin from New Iberia should have been the choice in this Class...it's debatable

I think he's a good fit because he has a strong arm and can do some things with his legs. you don't want to turn your starter into too much of a runner so he can contribute in a role. may not be a starter though.

Looks like he has some skills, and I think he could be a sleeper type of player. Looks like he throws well on the run.

Cam Cameron worked him out at camp and offered him on the spot. Teammate of Demarkus Lodge which could have influenced the offer, but he had to have shown enough for Cam to warrant the offer. If Cam Cameron offers a kid, then he must be pretty good.

I like McMillan, and I feel he has some physical ability

At the same time, I wouldn't have taken him over the in-state kid in Pellerin.

And, of course, I then completely contradict myself when I don't want LSU to recruit to Patterson because I don't want to lose Franks.

I think having Lodge makes him "look" much better on the stat sheet than he really is, but he's also a gamer. His mechanics have got to get fixed though.

I agree, but think he'll do fine at the college level even with questionable mechanics. He looks like a competitor and is pretty damn athletic.

I wouldn't mind us to get a project guy who sits in our system 4-5 years. Lord knows we need it for when someone like Harris leaves early someone like this can come in and get decent production. Otherwise, the QB situation will just be the same carousel it is this year and how it was for several years from 08 upwards.

He's going to be MVP of the practice squad. He will give our defense a better look when preparing for Auburn, ole miss, Florida and Moo state. He will be valuable piece to this team.

He's an athletic QB, but can really play the position. He's most likely a redshirt, but he can sling it for a smaller guy. He will obviously need to get stronger physically. If he hangs around for a while, he may be the surprise of the class.

The dude knows how to win and lead a team. That's very undervalued in recruiting. He has the skills, but not the measureables. I like his chances to develop into a good qb at LSU. I hope he sticks it out longer than a lot of these other guys and gets to show it.
