I have the choice of employers right now. I chose the higher paying one, and with that comes some shite. I get paid about 25% more than I would at our competitor, but I have to deal with 50% more bullshite. It works for me right now.



There is always shite to deal with, its just how much can I handle? My threshold seems to decline as I get older.
