Study: Millennials Are The True Entrepreneur Generation

The Bentley study, carried out by Equation Research in September 2014, surveyed 1,031 U.S. millennials between the ages of 18 and 34, with a margin for error of 3 percentage points.
According to the study authors, millennials will make up 75% of the American workforce by 2025; and by the end of 2014, one of three U.S. employees will be a millennial.

I know it sounds stupid, but I hate phone calls. I'd rather communicate through email so I have proof if someone stabs me in the back and so I can go back and remind myself on whats going on.
