Swamp Chestnut Oak ID help

Me and a buddy were doing some hog hunting in Pearl River WMA. While walking around, came across what I thought were Chestnut Oaks, but after research looks like they were swamp chestnut oaks from the region comparison. Anyway, these were some of the most beautiful trees I've ever seen, but none from google image search look the same. Online they look like more traditional tree shape, with limbs starting from 4-5' and going all the way up. The ones we saw were more like canopy trees. Limbs started at around 50-60'. Just wondering if anyone has any info on them or are familiar with what I'm talking about. I'd love to get a few for the house, but want to make sure I'm getting what I'm thinking I'm getting.

Cow oak. You're not going to screw it up. there's nothing that similar in the SE that I know of.

100% of the hundreds that I have seen all were typical tree structure (broccoli for lack of a better term). Don't believe everything online. The only thing that you could get confused with a cow oak is a white oak in a much drier spot. A typical full grown white oak, will have very flaky bark, but I've seen them in drier places not as flaky. There are no white oaks in Pearl River as far as I know (I haven't ever seen them)

Eta: When I lived off of Military Rd, we had swamp chestnuts everywhere. Most of the ones at my house actually had leaves that were >1ft, even the 20ft tall ones.
