Anyone with 360/psn3 re installed skyrim lately?

my skyrim was fully up to date, but i did a fresh re install, and some how there was a game update.

now i get goofy arse glitches, that the game never had.

i'll be using a bow, and my arrows will shoot 1 foot in front and fall. Problems getting NPC to dialogue, and more crashes.

Never had i had any of those problems, except for the normal, screen freezes on skyrim.
