Big road trip next month I'm planning. I'm blowing in and out in 12 hours.

I went to a place when I stopped in for a night called The Blue Plate.

I remember them using only local products.

Flying Squirrel
Terminal Brewhouse
Urban Stack

All within a short walk of each other.

We went here back in july and liked it. it has a nice view right on the Tennessee River. We then went across the bridge and got some Clumpies Ice Cream, which we enjoyed.

Listed in order that would recommend.

Tremont Tavern - great burger, good selection of beer normally

Aretha Frankenstein's is a breakfast food place that has good beer normally. Thick pancakes, blueberry ones are awesome.

Brewhaus - German Fusion pub that has a good mix of brews

If you want Pizza, Lupi's is a little place that is similar to Mellow Mushroom that usually has an ok selection of bottled beer

Champy's Chicken is good greasy fried chicken. Standard selection of beer. Owned by a Louisiana native.

Terminal Brewhouse is decent, I would rather Tremont

Urban stack is just eh and they are way too proud of it.
