I would think more. Maybe using a guide you could do it in 120 but you would really need to know where all of the wine bottles, songs and puzzle pieces are located.
Quest completionist probably does clock in around 100 to 120.
I've spent about 300 hours on 3 plays.

It took me around 80 hours and I was just trying to delay the ending. Started a Qunari character two months ago, but I haven't gotten past the intro yet.

I'm at 100 on nightmare but I did a fair amount of gathering crafting goods which pads the time.
Although early on, I really needed those crafted items to survive.

Finally finished nightmare.
Just like other difficulties, the ending was too damn easy.
Final Emprise Dragon was much harder. Heck, Samson was harder on nightmare with his nonstop whirling attack.
Think I will hold off on DLC. Kind of hard to jump back into a normal quest after defeating a god wannabe.

I didn't give Origins a fair shot last time I tried it. Besides, I wanted my choices to carry over into Inquisition.

80 hrs first play through on normal as archer. 60 hrs nightmare as KE. Nightmare was a joke after level 12 or so and specializing, but it was really frustrating before then.
