Took Suledin keep yesterday at level 13. I think I did pretty good because the vendor items are all level 18ish.
Really happy with my group setup and after leveling to 14 I feel my archer's damage is solid now.
I was really enjoying the game and now so much more has opened up. The way map has a ton of stuff to do.
Took a little while to figure out what setup works best for me, but now I'm doing stuff way under level and without potions. I've tried switching it up, but my Archer/Blackwall/Cole/Viv party works so much better than everything else I've tried.

Started my new toon on Hard.
Definitely ramped up the difficulty. I imagine the bears in the Hinterlands will destroy me and I won't even look at the rift by the falls for a long long time.
Barely made it through the opening fights and the first attempt at the main rift.
Even after my 105 hour tutorial, I see lots more death on this play through until I get fully set up.
About to have some major dental work so I won't be able to play until tomorrow.

I just hit lvl 8 in hard mode and just got bull as a companion. This game is really starting to hook me. I finish my daily stuff in destiny as fast as possible so I can get back to DA:I

Hard is pretty tough.. no lie. Gotta itemize correctly and actually pull things and focus fire. And think. Gotta take out hunters first, etc

You need to move on from the Hinterlands and come back to kill the rift by the falls.
I think you can complete 100% of the Hinterlands minus the Dragon and still not be able to kill that lvl 12 rift. Think it was 12.
I tried a bunch. Even attacking it from above the falls, but never came close to taking out the 2nd wave.

Revenants frick my world up.
I complete everything in an area before moving on though, and I think that kinda makes me a little overpowered at times.
I'm level 15 and finishing up Crestwell. Only tough part was the Cave Wyvern and I beat him on my first try, just barely. Was the only one left alive.
Next target is Western Approach or Emprise du Lion.
