Isnt it true that something like 99/100 of the richest women in the world gained their wealth from their spouse or from an inheritance?

Biggest myth ever. However, the variables change as age and/or wealth move upward.

Correction: Over 1,600.

Doesn't say the rank but she'd make the top 100 list of UNITED STATES wealthiest WOMEN not people.

I'm generally squarely in the anti-alimony/settlement camp, but that's a little over 7% of his known assets (he's probably worth more) after 26 years of marriage. That's a fricking deal.

This is her in the yellow dress. If she needs anything at all, I'll volunteer. I'm handy.

Article reads 100th wealthiest women in the US. Seems about right.

I think it's only 1/16th of his net worth.

Edit: He won't even have to sell any shares of company stock to pay her.

26 years of marriage and she'll walk away with 5-7% of his money and virtually nothing major that she wanted.

Dude's lawyers earned every penny

Not surprisingly, it turns out $1B wasn't enough for this greedy broad.
