Security setting?

Been having a bit of trouble with my lap top. Did a few scans and removed some junk. Well now every time I try to down load a picture from my yahoo acc that I email from my phone, they will not down load due to security setting per a pop up window.
I went in and set the security setting to lower and it still blocking. Had no trouble before.
Any idea? I'm dumb when it comes to this puter stuff.

Hit PRNTSCRN
Open paint
Hit CTRL and the V button
Save as jpeg
Upload to photobucket or whatever
