Haven't they lost 17 straight SEC games?

Vegas $ saying LSU players quitting on Miles...making his move to Michigan more likely?

That is a pretty big leap. I think it is based on playing a team that historically we have trouble with that is well rested coming into the game. They also may expect that we will come out flat after the Bama loss / elimination from possibility of SEC Championship (however unlikely that may have been).

We are getting points against a team that hasn't won an SEC game in 2 years. Let that sink in for a while

Sucker bet? Would have to say your average football fan around the country would take LSU plus the points.

Because Vegas knows we can't throw or catch a forward pass!

Have you watched them this year? They had aTm beat, they almost upset Bama, and came down to the wire against Miss St. They are physical and are a power running team. They can't finish, but they are better than last year. It will be an extremely tough game for LSU.

Like OP have stated:

1. Arkansas played Alabama very tough. 13-14.

2. Kept game respectable against Georgia. Georgia scored 31 Pts. In 2nd qtr.

3. Lost to #1 Miss. state by 7 Pts. On the road. Very respectable.

4. LSU and Arkansas don't like each other.

5. Arkansas playing at home.

6. LSU coming off of emotional loss to Bama.

7. LSU has nothing to play for now. Arkansas playing for pride with nothing to lose.

8. Forecast weather conditions indicate cold temps.

9. Always tough games vs. Arkansas.

Let's look at just the last two games in this series.

2012, Arkansas has John L Smith and they have totally quit on the season. LSU is loaded with NFL talent on offense and defense, wins the game by 7.

2013, Arkansas has a new coach and is winless in the SEC. LSU has Mettenberger, Hill, Landry, and Beckham. Mettenberger gets injured late in the 3rd, Beckham gets injured in the 2nd half. Tough break for the Tigers, but those guys played well over half of the game. Tigers win on a busted Arkansas coverage with about a minute left in the game.

This should bode well for our passing game.

Not great when it's warm either! If anything, that gives me hope because we don't rely on it.

The weather isn't a plus for Arky, hurts both teams equally. I agree with the other drivers.
