I'm pretty optimistic about next season.

LSU returns it's starting tailback, two starting wide recievers minimum, both QB's, both defensive tackles, a stud MLB, and most of an already great secondary.

It's possible that they return more than half of the offensive line and nearly all of the defense as well depending on departures. If Cam gets Harris ready by next year, which is possible, LSU could be set up for a playoff run.

If LSU can beat Arky and A&M and get a good bowl win, i think it launches the momentum for a special season next year.

You should be. LSU is going to win the NC next season.

I did not believe it when this team was 4-2, but I believe it now. We were a hair's breath away from beating a team that will most likely make it to the Playoff. With a nominal passing game, LSU wins that game by 2 TDs. We will have a better passing game next year and the defense will be stout.

LSU wins it all in 2015.

We will have a good home schedule. Sucks we have to go to Tuscaloosa, though.

It would fit the 4 year cycle. 2003, 2007, 2011, 2015. Every four years we play for it all

10-3 will be huge going in to next season. At 10-3 we can easily start in the top ten and use it to build up momentum for a defense that may challenge 2011 next year with most of it minus our ends coming back. Offense returns every skill position and most of its O-Line.

I don't know if we beat Arkansas and A&M, though. They are playing pretty well. Arkansas has gotten so close to a win I'm afraid they are due to get one.

Exactly. Which is why some people need to stop suggesting we pass every down with Harris so we can end the season on a good note hopefully 10-3.

A&M can't stop our run. We ball control and keep their D on the field thus limiting their offense. As for Arky, I think if we win there we win out

See i think we may lose Kwon but we can sell Hawkins the way we sold Collins. He could leave and be drafted on potential and body alone, but if he comes back and plays well at LT, he could vault himself into the 1st round. Hunter could be the same. With another year and solid production and a bit more size, he could develop into a top flight SEC lineman that could go early as well. Both players are draft-able now, but both could be first rounders due to their skillset.

Not optimistic at all. If Jennings is the starter we lose at least 2 due to his terribleness. If Harris is this starter we lose at least 2 due to him not having enough real game time experience.

With Harris we are a championship caliber team.

With Jennings we will not be.

I think our offensive line is key. I know we're gonna lose Porter and Collins, but hopefully we don't lose Alexander and Hawkins too.

The team should be better but I have little faith in the offense being good enough til I see it happen

Ha, with no QB and the best o-lineman leaving. Ignorance really is bliss.
