Don't we have better options at kr/pr?

Both white and LF are great athletes in their own right but we need better returners. I feel like we're missing that home run threat that we usually have especially at returning kicks.

White is indecisive. I would like to see Miguel james.

White should do both KR and PR. He's nationally ranked No. 17 in PR right now. He's got a great burst of speed that LF doesn't have on KR.

That "indecision" that you cite is called setting up the blocking. It's designed into the return play. The runner acts like he's going one way so that the defenders all turn that way. That allows the blockers, who KNOW which way the runner will be going after he fakes the other way, to position themselves in the path of the defenders who will be turning back to pursue the runner after he has faked them the other way. Being in the path of the defender the blocker then blocks the defender from interfering with the advancement of the runner.
