you think the refs lost this game for us????
You want to pretend they had no big effect on how this game ended?

Jimmy clearly and obviously pushed off. Brees lost this game though.

Home streak broken.
Well, the Pels at least won, but I'll save that for the other board.
FRICK football this weekend!!!! (except for SLU dropping 70)

Game should have been over at the end of regulation. Refs fricked us all day.

Graham barely touched him. Touchdown obviously should have stood after seeing the replay. Looked like a blatant push off in real time though.

Brees has cost us 4/5 games. Multiple turnovers against Atlanta, cleveland, Detroit, SF. He is averaging 2.5 turnovers per game. I love the guy but his game off this year.

As terrible as the Saints have looked, we still have the division lead with Carolina having to play a good Eagles team. The Saints next 2 opponents are not as good as the 49ers IMO and should take care of business. This is a disappointing loss but not the end of the season for the Saints, as some of you seem to think so with your posts.

I don't care about winning the division this year honestly.
even if we won it and won a playoff game at home, that really isn't all that much to celebrate.
we were sold a bill of goods on how this team was suppose to be a contender this year and that is a giant crock of shite.

Well the saints are still in the drivers seat to win the division. And if they are hot when the postseason gets here we can beat anybody. It's just a matter of finding our rhythm. So to say we're not contenders is hogwash.

whatever you have to tell yourself to feel better, do it.
this season has been a colossal disappointment so far.
halfway through the year and we're 4-5. I wish I could share your optimism.
the home streak has been snapped so now we'll have to steal a win on the road which hasn't been all that easy.
Tampa Bay is the only road game I feel good about.

I'm looking at it objectively. Sure it's a hypothetical but it's very realistic. Thank God I don't have that doom and gloom attitude that probably permeates every aspect of your life.

You cannot be serious. What call exactly screwed the Saints?
Graham clearly pushed off at the end of regulation.
That was clearly a fumble.

7-9 wins the NFC South so I am not sure I understand your point.
