Since getting my iPhone 6, when deleting email on my phone, it deletes the email on my computer as well. My email is with Cox.
How do I fix this.

I have the opposite issue, it doesn't delete on my computer, but deletes on my phone.

You have it set up as IMAP so it's going to do that. Set it up as pop on your computer so it'll pull everything to there.

Sounds like you are connecting to your email on both devices via imap. What you are wanting is a pop email setup.
