Big Offer Sent my way (Trade Deadline approaching)

I am in 1st place at 8-1
Lineup
QB - Newton
RB - Murray
RB - L. Miller
WR - P. Harvin
WR - Maclin
TE - Bennett
FLEX - Cobb
Bench - Shorts, J. Stewart, A. Blue, Harbor, R.Wilson, J.Gordon
I plan on gambling that Josh Gordon is good enough to at least get the targets and looks in the games. Especially since Cleveland is doing good this season.
Trade offer being sent to me...
Andrew Luck, Alfred Morris, and Wes Welker (I don't care for Welker, will drop him)
for
Percy Harvin, Lamar Miller, and Cam Newton, and $40/$60 (If I win the league, its 60)
This is also coming from a guy in last place.

It is a keeper league. Only reason he wanted cash was to complete the deal.
He wants to keep Luck for next season but I am keeping Gordon next year so he would be losing out on that.
