Please help me with this trade

I have been proposed a trade. 1/2 point PPR. 4 point passing, 6 point rushing.

He gives:

I give:
Randall Cobb
Philip Rivers
Josh Gordon

I am in third place but have some tough games coming up. I was thinking I was weak at wide receiver but it looks like Harvin and Decker may produce and hold me off until I get Gordon (why would I give up Gordon for Hawkins) so I am leaning toward not taking this trade. A better RB2 would be nice since McKinnon hasn't put up great numbers lately. I am planning on rolling Rodgers for the rest of the year so Wilson would basically ride the bench.

Is there anything I can counter him with? Thanks for the help.
