Concealed handgun licenses have more information associated with them (fingerprint, background check, home address, EXPIRATION DATE) and there are also legal consequences for having wrong/outdated owner information. Student ID's are nothing more than debit cards with a picture on it.

Yessir. But my voter card says NPA. You can try to put me into a box if it makes you feel better about yourself and the horrible opinions you've been force fed by your overlords.
But I tend to think for myself.
Having a concealed carry license means the government (including the FBI) checked your fingerprints, did extensive background checks and deemed you viable to carry a deadly weapon. I have one.
I can go tomorrow with a fake birth certificate and SSN, sign up for classes and get a student ID. It's really not that hard.
Tell me, which ID would you trust if you had $10000 on the line in reference to who is telling the truth about who they are?

one of those is issued by the state of Texas and one is not. dork.
interestingly, 60 miles north of you, today i had a lady in front of my vote that brought 3 absentee ballots for family members along with her own vote. they didn't accept 2 of the 3 because of no ID and the one that they did, they sent an official out to the car to verify the vote.
