I'm very unimpressed with Bobby Hoyer. I remember last year he was extremely competent, poised, and athletic and looked like a legit starting QB.
This year he's thrown the most consistently inaccurate balls that I've ever seen.
I'm going with my patented 3-team, 10 point teaser as follows:

Atlanta Tampa seems so much like the charger game last week but I think I'm stubborn and will take Atlanta. I also like Lions -3.

Yeah Lovie did hint as such, and I would prefer Glennon, but it's not a huge difference.

you would think Tampa Bay has been waiting for this one after they got embarrassed in the last game with them on national TV.
if ATL is healthier on the O-line then I'd find it hard to go against them.
I think RB Charles Sims might play some for Tampa. Their running game has sucked as long as Doug Martin was in there.

I just feel like Tampa's secondary will get burned by ATL's WRs. Verner didn't look good at all the few plays I saw against the Browns last Sunday.
