What is he supposed to say at this point........"despite my lack of concern and effort my staff was still able to negotiate his release" or "whew, negotiating with the Mexicans was a lot tougher than negotiating with al quaeda......instead of releasing 5 terrorists I had to agree to accept another million illegals"

Had he made ANY statement on this issue before now that the guy is released? I don't recall seeing one.
