Any chance the 49ers game is "flexed" to 3 pm ?

Joe and Troy just showed it as the early game next week so no.

Thanks...just hope the Saints become enough of a "ratings item" to at least get one of our many noon kick-offs, flexed to a later start !

It's an advantage to the 49ers if the game gets flexed until 3p. You always want a west coast team early in the day. It will be 10am their time... Tough to get body going that early off a loss.

The NFL will decide (after consultation with CBS, FOX, NBC) and announce as early as possible the game being played at 8:15 p.m. ET. The announcement will come no later than 12 days prior to the game.

Week 17 start time changes could be decided on 6 days notice to ensure a game with playoff implications.

+1 I love the 3:15 games and I think that gives the dome a little extra boost.

There have been a few noon games over the last few seasons that have been flexed to 3:15 game.

This... was annoying how much it happened last year. Extra tailgating is fun as hell, and helps the crowd noise. But I will take a disadvantage to the opposing team any day.
