It shouldn't be an issue, being sick / injured shouldn't hinder anyone from hanging out an instagram.

You can still watch the game and go through Instagram... I'm doing the exact same now on TD. There are such things as commercials that he could have been flipping through Instagram during it. Hell maybe he was taking a shite at the time and flipping through instagram. It's really not that big of a deal. It's not like he's in the sidelines on Instagram.
