Anyone in Lafayette/St. Martin Parish having CenturyTell internet speed issues?

It seems like my internet slowed down a good deal on Friday afternoon. I'd been away the rest of the weekend, and came back to see it still the same. I know they said they are having issues along the east coast. Anyone experiencing this?

Yes.
More than usual. Download speed is consistently around 4, when it usually is 9+, but even when that good it sporadically drops.
I find it worse after hard rains, but we've been dry.
