Did everyone notice how insignificant he looked? I hated him from the time he was drafted. He is by far the worst safety in the NFL along with Thomas DeCoud, and their on the same team!

Enjoy the poopy secondary play panthers

I wouldn't think he is the worst in the NFL. Harper was a solid player for many years.

Roman Harper was very good in run support but had a lot of difficulty defending many of the leagues TEs.

The most notorious of Harper's difficulty covering TE's was against Vernon Davis in the playoffs a couple years back, the play where he caught the game-winning pass was just a nightmare

Hyperbole much? He wasn't a bad S. Good in the box that was a good blitzer and had average to below-average coverage. In the older NFL he'd probably be considered one of the better S.

I thought it was Jenkins who kept getting raped by Davis.

Harper couldn't cover Seattle's fat WR.

Weren't Jenkins and Harper ranked 80th and 81st in the league? As in dead fricking last?

Harper was a good player for us. He had his limitations we all know what they were.

Then M Jenkins becomes our FS of the future.

Then Harpers weaknesses were magnified 10x by MJ's suckage.

Worst safety's in the league. There was nothing ambiguous about that duo

A good guy and a good leader.

Yeah he helped us win a super bowl so don't you dare criticize him! He is perfect! Seriously, please stop using this as an argument. Just because he was on the Super Bowl winning team doesn't mean he isn't a below average safety.

That was that dipshit Malcolm Jenkins, when he gave up a huge gain on their game winning drive.
