Problem with Cox internet

Has anyone else been having issues with Cox internet for the last week or so?
My download speed seems fine but my upload speed is near zero. I can't even complete the Ookla speed test because of the slow upload speed. I can watch netflix fairly well but gaming is impossible.
When I tried to call Cox about it I got a message saying they were experiencing high call volumes and just hung up on me.

I'm in Lafayette and my download varies from less than 1MB and up to 10MB.
And yes, sometimes hard to load and run speedtest!

FYI, it turns out that my problem was a bad cable modem. I replaced it and everything is looking good.
