Keeper leagues- at what point do you keep/drop guys

That you are hoping to keep for cheap next year? Do you use or hold a roster spot for some of these potentials? Do you normal keeper players notice teams out of contention picking up upside for next year guys? Guys that I would consider on this list but borderline roster guys now (12 team PPR)
