NBA League Pass - HD Issues (New Orleans Area)

Does anyone else in the New Orleans area have the NBA League Pass? I ordered it yesterday, and low and behold when I flipped it on the HD Channel all I got was a blank screen, but when I tried viewing on the standard definition channel it was fine. Of course when I called Cox they couldn't give me a straight answer. Anyone else experiencing this, or are the HD Channels fine?

Doesn't League Pass blackout local games? Don't you get New Orleans games locally?
