This in maybe 1993 but never heard of Ropers or mickeys. I would hit up Portico if the OP is still checking in on this thread.

Is Library Lounge still open? I used to go there and Sals a lot. Neither probably good places if you don't already know people there. Maybe they've changed since 12-15 years ago though.

Yes, RIP Airport. Best Bloody Mary ever. Early 90's bars in Monroe. The Honky Tonk. Cooter Bay. Sal's had it's moments of glory.
