Drop a handcuff for Sims?

I'm very high on Sims but would it be worth it this late in the season to drop Blount as a handcuff for him?

this may be a stupid question in this thread but should I drop Doug Martin for Sims right now as my RB#3/FLEX?

Sims has been practicing since last week. Floor of 1-2 points, ceiling of ??? points. Pick him up as he has a CHANCE to be a starter.
