It gets down to 6-6.9% difference it puts Udall definetly within striking distance next Tues.

It ends friday, so the dems have two days to lower it another 3%.

some are saying the Quinnipac poll for Colorado that is coming out tmw will show Gardner leading by 6-8.

Yeah that's what I would guess as well looking at the CO-Gov poll.

Yeah looks like it might be closer to 7%. Depends on the 3 big swing counties, they have been dipping for GOP daily but one day of leveling off would be all it took.

that is early voting at the polls. voting by mail which is what everyone I know does extends through tuesday, although you have to drop it off on tuesday

I'm sure Udall campaign has things in place to direct people to drop ballots off if not mailed by e day. If not it would be smart to.

Simply put - no. (btw, NH does not have early voting.) Someone votes for candidate X on a Monday and two days later candidate X completely embarrasses himself with misstatements, inconsistencies and gaffes in a debate. The vote is already in the bank, no do-overs.

Least of my concerns. The early voting system appears to be a breeding ground for fraud and manipulation.

Udall's team is calling me 2x a day reminding me to vote. I told them I already voted last night, so let's see if they call me 2x a day going forward.

Still getting robocalls for gardner.

Infighting has been the Republicans' biggest obstacle, and it appears that in the closing days of the election, a lot of hatchets have been buried. It won't last forever - it just has to last until the final vote has been cast on Tuesday.

I've been pleasantly surprised by this as well. Other than the squabble between Christie and Walker its been good.

Living in Kansas for 22 years I think it was good to bring in Rand for 3 or 4 stops and even Romney in the KC area. I'd expect to see a few polls showing Roberts up in the next few days.

the NBC and CBS polls last week had hick up around 5.

I am 75% positive that hick is going to win. If republicans take 55 seats in the senate, then he might get caught in the wave and lose. But I doubt it.

Early voting skews Republican. I hope we get those yellow buses out there in the hood. Frankly it does not look good.

Yeah Hick will win. Udall has been running short of his numbers. Not sure what Quinnipiac has been doing the last 2 elections but they have been off.

With Land tanking in Michigan, anyone left in the country hoping for 55 GOP seats has already thrown in the towel. Personally, I'd be elated and breathe a sigh of relief with 51 after any runoff(s).

Yeah not sure what you think but it seems increasingly likely that we wont know Senate control until after election night.

Alaska comes in late and the 2 probable runoffs. Plus maybe a recount in there somewhere.

m I the only one that thinks we should do away with early voting?

not at all - Absentee voting should be for extreme emergencies only.

I frankly think that voting should be a solemn act that requires demonstrable preparation and strict compliance with rigorous oversight to prevent any potential for fraud.
